EduVPN / EduRoam: Bookings Platform Unreachable

The Bookings Platform for Scientific Devices is unreachable for users connected to EduVPN or EduRoam. The supplier has been contacted to resolve this issue as soon as possible.

Update 10:45: The Booking Platform only seems unreachable for users that are connected through EduVPN and Eduroam. ~Users without EduVPN - on-campus or off-campus~ Users off-campus, or users with a fixed internet connection on-campus, should be able to reach the application without any issues. The supplier has been contacted to resolve this issue as soon as possible.

Update 12:15: Both EduVPN and EduRoam (campus Wi-Fi) are affected by this issue. The supplier acknowledged that there were (international) problems at their hosting service.

Update 13:00: The issue was already solved this morning by the supplier, but due to caching issues at the RU Network side it still persisted for EduVPN and Eduroam users. This caching is now refreshed, and the application should be reachable again for all users.
