Problemen met dubbele categorieën

Both within the domain Organic Chemistry (IMM) and the domain Research Tower, we have a category HPLC. Currently, the application cannot handle duplicate categories, even not across domains. This results in devices of the one domain to be show in the other, and/or domain admins not being able to modify their devices.

As a temporary work-around, we renamed the categories in such way they are unique (to resp. HPLC - IMM and HPLC - RT). Once the issue is completely resolved, we will revert the name change.

Update 17 July: The issue has been fixed, from now on the application accepts duplicate category names across domains. However, we still need to perform a data clean up to restore back all misconfigured devices.

Update 16 August: The data has been cleaned. Categories have been modified for 9 GI devices that were linked to RTC-M categories. The HPLC categories of the domains IMM and Research Tower have been renamed to their original name.
