Bookings in the past is not possible

Users were unable to create a booking in the past. This was done when a booking exceeds the requested time, and this extra time needs to be registered. Domain Admin are able to do this though.

Update 22 October: The issue has been resolved and will be included in the next release.

Update 9 September: The solution proposed by Emendis now brings back another bug in the edit booking forms.

Update 18 July:: The solution proposed by Emendis would lead to bookings also being modifiable/cancelable when it's in the past. The permission to book in the past only implies creation of bookings, not modification.
