Costplace is empty when using impersonate

When creating a booking for someone else (using Impersonate), the default costplace of that user is set as costplace. However, in the form, the user still sees 'Select...' instead of the actually selected costplace. After creating the booking, the correct (default) costplace is shown in the reports.

Update 9 September: The issue has been resolved for regular bookings and will be included in the next release. The issue still persists for sample bookings.
